Our Cleaning Magic

Leave the cleaning supplies to us! We've got it all covered with our organic products. However, we do ask you to provide a few basics: a toilet brush for each toilet, a vacuum cleaner (if available), and a step stool for those hard-to-reach spots.

From one-time deep cleans to regular sparkle sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), we’ve got you covered. We focus on making your home shine, while also respecting some boundaries: unfinished basements, high areas, and certain appliances are off-limits. If you need something extra, just let us know two business days in advance.

Our Policies and Your Comfort

We’re big animal lovers and make sure our cleaning products are safe for your pets. If your pet is not too fond of new friends, we kindly ask you to keep them in a separate area during our visit.

Whether you prefer to be home or out and about during our visit, we respect your choice. For safety reasons, we can't keep your house keys, but we encourage using lockboxes or codes for easy access.

Life happens! We understand. To schedule or cancel, just give us a three-business day heads-up. This helps us manage our team’s schedule and keeps everything running smoothly.

A safe work environment is essential. Extreme temperatures, lack of electricity, or hazardous materials could lead to service adjustments or additional charges. We always prioritize the safety of our team.

Just a heads up: We include a standard sales tax and, in some areas, a travel fee. This ensures our team is fairly compensated for their travel time and expenses.
